Some projects begin with a full garden design. Others focus on building from an existing plan, improving the layout of an established garden, introducing new features, refining the planting or creating a more practical outdoor living space.

Find the right starting point

The right approach depends on the site, the property and the kind of support needed. A sloping or multi-level garden may need careful work around levels, access and drainage. A period property may call for a more sensitive approach to materials, planting and proportion. A garden designed around outdoor dining, a swimming pool or an outdoor kitchen needs those features planned into the wider layout from the beginning.
